Our sites have full hookups, concrete patio with table, and
30 & 50 amp electric. Telephone service is available at
all sites and TV reception is very good. Most of our sites can
accommodate large rigs with slide-outs
and many offer a nice view of the lake. We offer daily, weekly,
monthly and seasonal site rentals. We also offer
a yearly rate for those that want to keep their same lot year
round with the option of leaving their RV on site.
We have park model sites available for our guests that prefer
to have a permanent home away from home for extended stays in
Florida. Room additions may be added to Park Models to double
your living area. Used
homes are sometimes available for sale and new Park Models can
be setup to your specifications.
Our RV site rates include keeping a boat tied along the bank
of our canal so it is convenient and easy to go fishing every
morning if you would like to, and boat trailer storage is free.
We also have electric meters on each site for monthly renters,
you only pay for the amount of electricity that you use, not
an estimate. Whether you prefer a large grassy site in the sun,
or a shady spot among the Oaks, we have the perfect site for
you. |
